Their food is by far better than all the other chicken restaurants. The staff is very attentive. Always a pleasure coming here

This is one of the tastiest places I've ever eaten. I've been here more than half a dozen times and it's so good it's ridiculous how good it is. It's consistent, seasoned and the rice and beans is absolutely delicious. I usually get the steak. The plantains aren't sweet so I pass on them as I like mine sweet but they're still good. One of my official favorite go tos. I've been here for service and it's aces. Extremely well organized and well staffed.

This restaurant is one of the best I've ever been to... I'm a African-American female and i love the foods... the workers there are very professional.. they take there time with you... if your order was a misunderstanding they don't hesitate to change it yo your liking.. their uniforms are very clean... they wear white pants in that busy place... if you want food with great taste go there you won't be disappointed and i cosign that...!! it's a great restaurant for family. I love Colombian food, and this is one of the best places where you can find a nice Colombian dish. Super friendly and cozy place; its infrastructure is lovely inside. For the price they have, the dishes are delicious, and the quality of the food is incredible. I recommend 100 percent.

The food was delicious both to my tongue as well as my eyes. The portions were unbelievable! Wish they didnt run out of that 'Oax-Tail served on a real banana leaf'. Really wanted to try that! Oh well, more reasons to come back to NY next time.

Never actually ate the place so I wouldnt know how the service is. On weekends there is usually a line, but it moves quick. The food is delicious, I usually get the Rotisserie Chicken platter(best deal, you get half of chicken, a soup,french fries, rice and beans) Grilled Salmon( Rice, salad, baked potato) and Breaded Porkchop ( rice beans salad) The girls from takeout are really sweet

The food is great and the inside dining is excellent, very family-oriented. Clean. Service is good, and reasonable prices for food.

The food is delicious and they give u a lot for your money.. I like to do take out on Holiday's ( Mothers Day and Fathers Day) usually pretty crowded but the food is great .. great Family atmosphere ... love the sangria

Brenda is so great...some of her coworkers are not as nice...maybe this is why they have 3.5 stars. Brenda was very attentive and with a very nice personality. The food is consistent, but it is the service people that makes it better. Brenda fron the beginning was nice and maintained her niceness throughout. Her coworkers are not as nice. I would only come back if Brenda is there again. Had the fried red snapper, with yuca fries and salad. It came with salad also which was fresh. Brenda stands out. One of the guys at the end, all I asked was for sone of their spicy sauce to go. He ignore me, and when I told Brenda what he did, he got mad. You are not supposed to get mad at paying customers. Maybe he should find another Job instead of serving customers. He had a goatee and like I said, he has no idea its the customers that pay the rent and his check. Only because of Brenda would I consider returning.
